1. Soak the wild white fungus into water for 1 hour or until soften. After that, remove the stems.

3. Insert white fungus into pot of water, and cook to boil for 45 minutes.
4. Insert peach gum and wild gum tragacanth, and cook to boil for 15 minutes.
5. Add rock sugar to taste.
