Xiaomi unveiled its latest Mi Note Series of 2015 to rival against iPhone 6 Plus


Xiaomi has been teasing everyone with some hints that most probably resembling the characters of their new Smartphone with hints like thinness, weight and some videos that's showing how their staff got surprised by seeing their new inventions.

The guess is now over, Xiaomi finally unveil its most recent model at Beijing yesterday with 2 Note series Smartphone Mi Note and Mi Note Pro. Too bad for the budget user, any of these Mi Note is priced above RM1,000 (From 2299 RMB). The Mi Note design is made with rather attractive 2.5D curved glass panel in front, 3D curved glass at the back panel and framed with metal frame for more premium feel on your palm.

During the launch, the Xiaomi Mi Note is compared directly against with the iPhone 6 Plus most of the time, even the larger display Mi Note that comes with 5.7" Display comparing to 5.5" Display in iPhone 6 Plus, the Mi Note still win against the iPhone 6 Plus in term of overall size and weight.

The Mi Note and Mi Note Pro are identical to each other from the outside, just that they are having slightly different hardware on the inside that makes the differences once you turn them on. The Mi Note Pro comes with a higher density display with 515ppi and more powerful Snapdragon 810 chipset mated with 4GB RAM. Of course, all these great hardware come with a price, the Mi Note Pro is priced at 3299 CNY at launch and this is like almost RM2000 when converted to Ringgit Malaysia.

Xiaomi Malaysia announced they will skip Mi 4 and bring in the Mi Note to Malaysia in Q2 2015.
